years of development experience we've worked on numerous projects
ranging from clearing single family lots to developing 36 hole golf
courses. Below are just a few of the projects we've developed in Brunswick
County, NC and on Ocean Isle Beach: |

Islander Resort |
| We cleared the
land and laid the infrastructure for the Islander Resort. A
planned beach community that spans the entire width of Ocean Isle
Beach boasting oceanfront and sound front lots and numerous multi-family
units. |

| Lumina Restaurant |
| We prepared the
land for the Lumina Restaurant and a sports bar, which is coming soon. |
| Angel's
Trace Golf Links |
| Nestled in the
middle of 807 acres of tall southern pines, is Angel's Trace
Golf Links a 36-hole champion ship course designed by the renowned
golf course architect Clyde B Johnston. We developed this course to
compliment the natural setting and beauty of the environment. |

We
cleared, prepared and sculpted this 900-acre Dan Maples masterpiece.
Sprawled between the Calabash River and the Intracoastal Waterway,
we carved this 36-hole course to highlight the marsh preserve's
natural beauty. |

Ocean
Isle Beach Golf Course
|
This
18-hole course, known as the "best kept secret at the beach,"
was developed with the intention of creating a calm and solitary
atmosphere for an experience between the golfer and Mother
Nature. This as our goal, we carved the course amidst the
wooded pines to create a peaceful and semi-hidden arena for
golfers.
